DO PEOPLE ACTUALLY LIKE GIVEAWAYS? I'm just curious...

I'm curious now, especially since I've hosted several giveaways, and have one coming up this weekend on my Snapchat (follow me @jessthedragones). As a host I love them and think its a small simple thing I can do to give back to everybody that supports me and loves my content. But do people actual love them as much as I do? or as much I would think? 

it would seem less than 20% of my audience participates in them. Ad now makes me think, 'Do people even like giveaways?" Maybe theres a feeling that you will never win, or that the overwhelming number of people entering is impossible for you to be chosen. But in reality only a handful of people actually enter. I don't have the answers, I was just pondering about it as the weekend approaches. Are you planning to enter? if not, what are your reasons for not throwing your name in the bag?
